These Terms and Conditions of Use and Contracting were prepared by Fine Collectibles Corporation Europe, Sociedade Unipessoal Lda. Registered under the identification number of legal person 516111612, with headquarters at Rua da Lionesa, Nº 446 - Centro Empresarial da Lionesa, Edf . C21, 4465-671, Leça do Balio (hereinafter Fine Collectibles Europe).

The Terms and Conditions of Use and Contract mentioned herein apply to visitors (hereinafter referred to as Users or Customers) of the Fine Collectibles Europe website https://www.ironstudios.co/ and, as well, to any commercial transactions carried out by the Customer , through the present online sales platform provided by Fine Collectibles Europe.

Customers and Users undertake in particular:

Prices

The prices on this website are expressed in Euros (€) with VAT included at the rate in force at the time of payment of the order.
The prices advertised on this website should only be considered valid for the day they are announced and for all orders placed on that date, even if received at a later time, and are still subject to availability of stock.

Without prejudice to making every effort so that this does not happen, some products may have an incorrect price, so Fine Collectibles Europe will always check the prices of the items ordered when processing orders.
If the price of the product is lower than advertised, Fine Collectibles Europe will refund the difference.
In the event of a computer, technical, human, or other error, which causes a substantial change, not foreseen by Fine Collectibles Europe, in the retail price, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly insignificant, the purchase order will be considered invalid and voided.
Any promotions advertised on our website are limited to existing stock.
Product prices are increased by shipping costs, as described below.

Placing orders

To make purchases through our website, it is necessary to create a personal account, registering as a Customer and providing the necessary data for that purpose, contained in the respective form.
Once registered, just insert all the products you wish to purchase into the virtual shopping basket.
The order will only be successfully completed by completing all the purchase steps and after receiving the order completion message.
The validation of the purchase order implies that the Customer has become aware of and expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions of Use and Contracting.
The data recorded by Fine Collectibles Europe are evidence of the set of transactions carried out between Fine Collectibles Europe and the Client.
As soon as you finish your purchase, the Customer will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data is not correct, you can immediately request its change, or even, the cancellation of the purchase made.

Accepted payment methods

When purchasing Products sold on our website, Fine Collectibles Europe offers the following payment methods:

Visa or Mastercard - You can make your purchases by providing your Credit Card details.
PayPal: You can pay for your purchases through a PayPal account. In this mode, the order will be processed immediately.
Product Availability

Fine Collectibles Europe only processes an order placed by a Customer after confirmation of the respective payment, so we cannot guarantee the availability of the products until the beginning of said processing.
In the product sheet, the Customer finds the estimated shipping times: immediately available or stock to be confirmed.
In addition to the estimated shipping time, the transport time depends on the chosen carrier, as well as the order destination.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative only.
Any delay in the shipment of items, given the estimated dates presented, merely indicative, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

Cancellations

If after 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation, payment of the order does not occur, Fine Collectibles Europe reserves the right to consider it canceled, with the items being put up for sale again.
It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been processed by Fine Collectibles Europe.
It is not possible to return shipping costs in the event of order errors attributable to the Customer.

Deliveries and shipping costs

Fine Collectibles Europe sells and delivers to Portugal and all countries in Europe.
Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous paragraph, Fine Collectibles Europe reserves the right not to make sales to some foreign countries even if they belong to the European continent, which will be informed during the order by the Customer.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
It is advisable to open the order in the presence of the carrier. If you notice that the product is damaged or does not correspond to the one you ordered, you must mention it on the delivery note, otherwise we cannot hold the carrier responsible.
According to the Consumer Protection Law, the risk of loss or damage to goods is transferred to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party indicated by him, acquires physical possession of the goods, so we reinforce that the order status must be verified in the presence of the courier.
Fine Collectibles Europe is not responsible for the payment of any costs, fees, taxes or customs costs that may be charged by the country of destination of the order. Such costs, fees, taxes or customs costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Deliveries are made via CTT or DHL.
The shipping costs are as follows:

Right of free withdrawal

Having purchased an article on our website, the Customer has 14 days to return it, upon receipt of the order, under the right of free resolution, provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14th. You can do so, provided the following conditions are met:

a) Presentation of the product purchase invoice.
b) The product is delivered in the same condition as it was sold - without risk, without external damage or signs of use and in perfect working condition, packaged in its original packaging and accompanied by all its accessories.

Returns and Exchanges

The Customer can exchange or return the product up to 7 days after delivery, and must, for this purpose, have the document proving the purchase.
The transportation costs of returning, replacing or exchanging items are the responsibility of the Customer.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our warehouse and only those who respect the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
We reserve the right not to accept items that do not meet the return conditions.
The refund will only be made after checking the condition of the product.

Governing Law

The law applicable to any contractual relationship established through the Fine Collectibles Europe website is Portuguese law.
For the resolution of any conflicts arising from the commercial relations maintained between Fine Collectibles Europe and the Clients, in court, the jurisdiction of the District of Lisbon will be competent, with express waiver of any other.
If the Client is outside of mainland Portugal, Fine Collectibles Europe informs that any judicial process should be referred to the Portuguese Courts.

Alternative dispute resolution

In the case of disputes initiated by a consumer against a supplier of goods or service provider concerning contractual obligations resulting from contracts for the purchase and sale or provision of services, concluded between a supplier of goods and consumers resident in Portugal and in the European Union , the consumer may resort to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity.
For this purpose, Fine Collectibles Europe is registered with CICAP (Porto Consumer and Arbitration Information Center), headquartered at Rua Damião de Góis, nº31 Loja 6, 4050-225 Porto. Tel: 225508349, email: cicap@mail.telepac.pt.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to this dispute resolution body.
